Our mission goes beyond the scoreboard — we focus on developing strong character, leadership, and respect both on and off the field.
Through disciplined training and positive mentorship, our players learn the fundamentals of football while growing in confidence, responsibility, and sportsmanship. We believe that every practice and every game is an opportunity to improve not just as athletes, but as young men who embody perseverance, humility, and heart.

Our Eagle Stallions coaches bring a powerful mix of NFL experience, youth development focus, and community pride to every practice and game, giving 11U athletes a uniquely high-level foundation in football and life.
From former NFL pros like Jordan Devey and Mike Purcell teaching line play the way it’s done on Sundays, to dedicated local coaches who emphasize effort, discipline, toughness, brotherhood, and pride, this staff is all-in on “Earn the Brand” and “Earn it every snap” as daily standards, not just slogans.
Together, they create a competitive, positive environment where kids learn real technique, football IQ, and accountability, while still loving the game and representing Eagle with class on and off the field.
